Nobody legitimate will ever ask for your password or OTP. Not us, not the operator's support staff, not anyone in a Telegram group. If someone does, they are attempting to take your account — block and report them, and tell us so we can warn the community channel.
Get a one-reply answer
Most support conversations take three messages because the first one is missing the detail that would have identified the cause. Include these four things and you will usually get an answer in one:
A message like "Redmi Note 12, Android 13. Download completes but install fails with 'App not installed'. I've already freed up 2 GB and tried again on wifi" gets a specific answer immediately. "App not working, please help" gets a list of questions.
We answer in English and Hindi. Write in whichever you are comfortable with — a clear message in Hindi beats an unclear one in English every time.
We will not provide modded or cracked builds, help anyone under 18 create an account, assist with access from a restricted state, or advise on "strategies" to beat a house edge. Those requests get a polite no, and we would rather say so here than waste your time.
